Beer Dough Pizza Bites!

1/2 batch of Beer Dough

  • Garlic Salt

  • Marinara Sauce or Plant Based Pizza Sauce

  • Plant Based Mozzarella

  • Plant Based Parmesan

  • Field Roast brand Plant Based Pepperoni

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin. Sprinkle each cup with garlic salt and fresh ground pepper.

Divide dough roughly into 12 pieces.  Roll out each piece into about a 4 inch circle, and place one in each cup. Spread desired amount of sauce in each. Sprinkle desired amount plant based cheeses and place pepperoni in each.

Bake for 13-15 mins or until golden brown. Serve with sauce or plant based ranch on the side! Enjoy!
