Coleslaw
1/2 cup plant based Mayo
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Adobo light all purpose seasoning
5 cranks of fresh ground pepper
1-14 oz bag of slaw mix or half a head of cabbage with 1/2 carrot both shredded
1/4 onion thinly sliced or 1/2 tsp onion powder
Mix Mayo, vinegar, sugar, & spices. Then toss in shredded veggies and serve. Keep refrigerated.
