Enchilada Sauce

  • 14.5 oz can roasted diced tomatoes 

  • 1/2 onion chopped

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 Tbsp puréed roasted chipotles

  • 2 Tbsp chili powder

  • 1 Tbsp cumin

  • 1 tsp adobo low

  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 smoked paprika 

Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth! Enjoy!
