Pretzel Toffee

  • Pretzel Slims/Chips

  • 1 cup plant based butter

  • 1 cups sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 cup plant based chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Line a baking sheet with foil or silicone mat. Spread Pretzels to line the bottom of the baking sheet & set aside.

In a sauce pan add butter, sugar, & water. With the help of a candy thermometer bring mixture to exactly 305 degrees Fahrenheit! Do not go above that. Remove from heat & mix in vanilla. Pour over pretzels. Cool completely.

In a microwave safe bowl place chocolate & coconut oil. Microwave 30 seconds at a time, mixing at the end of each 30 seconds until completely melted. Pour and spread over toffee. Cool completely.

Break apart & enjoy!
