Beer Dough Pretzel Cups

  • 1/2 batch of Beer Dough

  • Course salt for sprinkling 

  • 1/4 cup baking soda

  • 4 cups of water

Divide dough roughly into 12 pieces.  Roll out each piece into about a 4 inch circle.  In a large pot whisk baking soda and water together.  Bring to a boil.  Take a muffin tin and flip upside down and place on a baking sheet.  Grease each cup well.  Preheat oven to 425.  Place 2-3 circles in the boiling water for 20-30 seconds.  Then take out, place on muffin cup, and form it around the cup.  Repeat with all pieces of dough.  Sprinkle with course salt.  Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Fill with your favorite plant based burgers, hotdogs, brats, steak, or sausages.  Also fill with your favorite plant based pizza toppings and bake until golden bubbly!
