Simple Cranberry Sauce

IMG_4959.jpeg

Simple cranberry sauce is a 4 to 1 to 1 ratio. If you have 4 cups of fresh cranberries you will use 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. If you have 2 cups of fresh cranberries you will need 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar. And so on…

  • 4 cups of fresh cranberries

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 cup of sugar

Rinse and pick through fresh cranberries. In a small sauce pan warm up water and stir in sugar until dissolved. Turn up heat and bring to a boil. Add fresh cranberries, stir on occasion and simmer for 10 minutes. The cranberries will start to pop when they break down. Cool and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
